A Welcome from the Activities and Athletics Director

A t ASK we take pride in providing a well-rounded athletics and activities program for students in the Elementary, Middle, and High School. All the activities are sponsored or coached by an ASK staff member, whose dedication and time is given to create a more enjoyable and friendly environment for students.

Groups such as Forensics and Debate, Model UN, Academic Games, and a variety of service organizations offer students challenging ways to learn and contribute to society. Learning to create and appreciate the arts is also a central component of our students’ educational experience. While the presentation of our work to an audience, in the form of a concert, art show, or play is a central element of the artistic process, the understanding that students develop through their preparation for these presentations is the deeper goal of education in the arts. In this sense, today’s performances and shows are a culmination of many varied types of learning.

In Athletics, each student has the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities on the varsity, junior varsity, and under-14 levels. ASK is a member of the KSAA conference that is made up of schools within the region. Throughout the seasons, ASK competes with other international schools in Kuwait, with a culminating tournament hosted by a NESAC school.

Success is an important part of our program and all of our students and sponsors are striving for improvement and to win. But here you will find more emphasis on learning - learning about yourself, about your sport, and about working together.

Go Falcons!
